A life characterized by insecurity, depression, anxiety, feeling isolated, and a sense of victimhood. Since early adulthood I was a a seeker. This crystallized when I took a university women's studies course, Goddesses of the World. Which opened up a whole new spiritual world (no pun intended!) for me. Following this I led a winding path of personal development which included ritual, meditation, yoga, working with different teachers and coaches and much self-study of different global and spiritual practices. Along the way I continued to develop my therapeutic skills with others, eventually becoming a clinical social worker. Life begun to have some highs but still more lows.

This begun to truly shift when I decided to attend a yoga teacher training, living on a Thai island for a month. Prior to leaving I created some very specific intentions for my travel. The combination of my intentions, the location, pushing myself beyond self-imposed limits (which included much discomfort) and then applying the learning to my everyday once I returned home, allowed for some profound change. And since then each trip has followed that same formula I developed resulting in more and more shifting. Each time I return more empowered, more confident, more connected to my inner and outer world, and as a result I have a much happier and fulfilling life.

Standing by the most peaceful lake in a remote Northern community, in a moment of pure solitude I had the most intense feeling that I am unable to put in words. All I can say that it was profoundly beautiful and that tears fell. It became clear to me in that moment that my next step was to use my travel passion and skills, in conjunction with the formula for transformation I had organically developed, to create these higher consciousness, life-changing experiences for others. I truly believe that each of us has the ability to and deserves to be happy and that there is nothing more important. Are you ready for a transformational journey of your own? Let's get started!
