For the last number of years, I have worked as a social worker in the education field while indulging my wanderlust as much as possible. I would describe my travel style as authentic, adventurous and meaningful. I have trained as a yoga teacher while living in a beach hut on the island of Koh Phangan, Thailand, studied Spanish in Cartegena, Columbia, tasted wine in Sonoma, California, hiked the stunning Valle de Pati in Chapada Diamantina, Brazil, spent a rainy Sunday pub hopping in Galway, Ireland (oh the craik was mighty!) and pretty much ate my way through Japan, among many other adventures. All of which have taught me much about myself, and facilitated a deeper connection with the world and the peoples of it. I have travelled with friends, family, groups and solo, the latter which I’m a strong advocate of.

I am on a mission to promote greater mindfulness for the world and its people through travel. Whether through wellness and spirituality, eco or sustainable travel, travelling consciously offers unique and authentic experiences making for more memorable encounters and ultimately having a positive impact on the world. The best travel experiences leave you not just with fantastic memories but with a new connection to your better self. Let me take you there…
